ITNewcom's benchmarking business commenced in 2001 and since then has undertaken more than 600 IT Service benchmarks in Australia and New Zealand. To ensure consistency in approach and measurement we have developed a unique and robust methodology to assess the price and performance, costs and productivity of both in-house and outsourced ICT functions.

With extensive experience in both Government and the Private sectors, our focus is to work co-operatively with the leading organisations throughout the region providing strategic advice, specialist consulting and benchmarking services to help improve their ICT performance and end user experience in accordance with Industry Best Practice.

To ensure and promote this credibility and standing, ITNewcom developed a code of practice to guide the conduct of price benchmarks. The code of practice was developed following consultation with leading ICT service providers and nationally recognised ICT benchmarkers.
